READ MORE ABOUT LING
Ling met Dr. Pang at the age of 16, in 1989. She started learning Zhineng Qigong and soon obtained the qualification of Zhineng Qigong Instructor. But her real-life journey began after graduation from university in 1995, when, being deeply attracted by Zhineng Qigong effects and theories, she went to the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Clinic & Training Centre for the two-year education and teacher training program to become a Zhineng Qigong professional. Since then, she has practiced and taught the way of Zhineng Qigong. In 1998, Ling married Lu, and together they dedicate their lives to sharing the powerful healing and life improvement information of the Human New Culture with people everywhere.
In accordance with the teachings of Zhineng Qigong practice and healing, Ling understands Zhineng Qigong, as the foundation of Human New Culture is not only a systematic method for improving health and healing disease but also an advanced research-based discipline, which shows a scientific way to reach total freedom, to meet our true self.
Every person is actually a very complex system consisting of body and mind. Consciousness is the dominating factor. But consciousness is still a black box of unknowns for modern science. The Human New Culture gives a very practical and objective way to explore human consciousness. With a large number of examples as evidence, we can say that Human New Culture practitioners are able to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of harmonious relationships between themselves and both their social and natural environments, thus leading to the resolution of many modern life problems which people encounter every day.
It is well known that human diseases are associated with multiple factors, including environmental pathogens, physical and chemical agents, psychological stress and lifestyles. Based on the knowledge and techniques of Zhineng Qigong, modern nutrition, and Chinese Traditional Medicine theories, Ling has developed a set of self-cultivating, health-enhancing methods, which have proven to be very effective for healing diseases and creating harmonious relationships between body and mind.
