Zhineng Qigong Science teaches us that two factors must be present for vitality and health to return to the body. The first factor: There must be sufficient qi in the body. The qigong practice allows us to gather, harvest and eventually go beyond “sufficient qi” to ABUNDANT QI. The physical practice, both dynamic and static, is necessary in order to learn how to do this. We have not been taught this at school or by the society.

The second factor: Blockages, obstructions and stagnations that block the flow of qi and blood in the body need to be seen, opened and transformed to allow the free flow of energy to return. Whether physical or emotional, the information also must transform.

During these 12-weeks, we will focus on several specific practices to open the blockages,
transform the qi and allow a return to vitality. The support of the qifield in group practice is a valuable part of Zhineng Qigong. If you haven’t yet experienced the power of the Big Qifield, you are in for a treat. Alot of the “work” is done for you just by showing up.

This particular course we will also focus on Dao De - which literally means the Way of Inherent Goodness...as we straighten our spine, energize our body, many things come into a new alignment including a sense of "rightness" with our life and the world. An experience of integrity, connection with nature and society simultaneously. By working on the body, we also change the mind/emotions and the entire being comes into harmony.

ONE-DAY QIGONG HEALING CIRCLE the Power of the Qi Field for Personal Healing with Sahaja.
The Healing Circle is a powerful group event drawing on the cumulative field of healing of Zhineng Qigong, the millions of practitioners around the earth and the very successful history of the Huaxia Center in China also referred to as the medicineless hospital. The focus for this Healing Circle will be receiving healing energy from the Qi field for health, happiness, life purpose. Revive, rest, rejuvenate, regenerate while integrating healing qi. Reconnect with the source of true unconditional happiness that has the strength to meet life's challenges.
Cost: $20 or Concession: $15

ABOUT DAO QI FLOW
After 4.5 years teaching at the Chi Flow Studio in East Fremantle, all things change and it was time to find a new venue. The new space is spacious, with river views and a serene nature feeling. We all practiced amidst the hustle, bustle of George Street, cafe culture, to learn how to go deeper in meditation beyond our reaction to noise especially ongoing construction. This will be an utterly new experience to align with the nature qi-field around.

I have been collaborating with the wonderful Zhineng Teaching duo Teachers LU and LING for the last 2 years. Their courses, Reborn and Breaking Free have been extraordinary for people who really understand that qigong can be a door to freedom on all levels. Their business Dao Qi World gave space for me to align even more by becoming Dao Qi Flow. The "studio" is flexible and free now hopefully with opportunities to teach in various areas.
