TAIJI BALLS (double arms)
Wednesdays 10-11:30am
WEDNESDAYS 10am - 11:30am begins November 15th and finishes on December 13th.
Together we will learn and practice the wonderful practice of Taiji Balls. This practice works on so many levels and layers of the body and mind. The spine gently twists, the bending is also gentle and adaptable to your fitness level. The brain integrates left and right side in a way that is hard to duplicate through any other practice. As you increase the weight of the balls you will hold, you can bring in the element of muscular strength and bone density. The overall sense of harmony that results from "getting" the practice over time is not unlike a beautiful dance with existence - continuously flowing, moving dissolving any edges along the way. There is also the unmistakable benefit of building the neijing/inner force of the qi body.
Venue: Corner Store Fremantle Corner of South Terrace & Price Street/Free parking
Cost: $100 entire course
Casual attendance: $22/class

JOURNEY INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Initial Journey Session allowing 2.5 - 3 hours

Follow up Journey Sessions allowing approximately 2 hours

Private Qigong Sessions
1 hour

For those who really want to work on specific areas, learn deeply the correct movements and generally have that 1-1 attention. The sessions are ideal to supplement a course where you will experience the qifield. Also, for reasons of distance, where you cannot make the session or classes, we can arrange for zoom sessions. These sessions are ideal to establish a practice and to have sufficient time to talk through any health challenges as well.
Qigong Healing Sessions - approximately half-hour - 40 minutes
Receiving qi is something that can be very powerful especially for a qigong practitioner. The Healer is simply the conduit to use the Hun Yuan Qi (the energy of all existence, the primal energy that is contained in all manifestations of life both form and formless). There is no sense that the "healer" is doing the healing but rather directing qi into the body and towards whatever specific intention is desired. Potentially very powerful especially a series of sessions i.e. 10 sessions.
